Empire State South, Atlanta, GA

This meal began with a phone call from my dad, "Jenny, we pick you up. Go eat at Empire." He and my mom were getting cabin fever after several days of the Snowpocalypse, so they braved the ice, picked us up, and we had an enjoyable evening at Empire State South in Midtown, Atlanta.

Greenwoods on Green Street, Roswell, GA (Shield Your Eyes!)

Our friends from New York were stranded in Atlanta for a week, so we decided to keep them entertained by taking them to Greenwood's on Green Street. What ensues is a lot of fried chicken eating, but I, as always, opted for the very delicious veggie plate.

Yumbii Food Truck, Atlanta, GA

It's not too often that I come across a vegetarian taco where I am loving every bit of flavor as I did with these from the Yumbii food truck in Atlanta! I ate two (which was plenty), but I was hankering for more. They had just enough Korean kick to get me hooked, but not enough where my tastebuds were burning. The tofu was also cooked/fried to perfection. Not too crunchy and definitely not bland.
