Beware Tofu Spread

This is the first time I've ever come across a Tofu Spread at a bagel deli while in New York City, but I thought it was great!...Until I realized that when ordering the Nova Scotia Tofu Spread means it comes with bits of salmon in it. So, just a word of caution to vegans out there that are a little too excited about seeing a tofu version of cream cheese. By the way, this tofu spread (Plain!) that I found in other delis is delicious!
